The goal of the Stakeholder Coordination, Advocacy, Linkages and Engagement for Resilience (SCALE) Project is to improve the resiliency of populations vulnerable to natural hazards and impacts of climate change through strengthening the capacity of government, civil society, and the private sector to reduce risks and adapt to climate change.
